1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gator Photos website and photography services, which are provided by Tech on Tires, LLC. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Photography Services

Gator Photos, a service of Tech on Tires, LLC, provides graduation photography services for University of Florida students. All photoshoots are conducted by our photographer, Alejandro, and take place at outdoor campus locations only. Services are available for Spring, Summer, and Fall semester graduates.

3. Booking and Payment

Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the photoshoot. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Photo Delivery

All photographs will be delivered via a private Dropbox link within the timeframe specified in your package (typically 7-10 business days). Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights

All photographs created by Gator Photos are protected by copyright law. When you purchase photography services, you receive a license to use the images for personal purposes. This includes:

• Printing and displaying the photographs
• Sharing on personal social media accounts
• Using for personal websites or blogs

Tech on Tires, LLC retains the copyright to all images and reserves the right to use the photographs for:

• Portfolio display on the Gator Photos website
• Promotional materials for Gator Photos services
• Photography competitions or exhibitions

6. Opt-Out Clause

If you prefer that your photographs not be used for promotional purposes, you may opt out by sending a written request to contact@gator.photos within 14 days of receiving your photographs. This opt-out will not affect the delivery or quality of your photographs.

7. Image Editing and Retouching

Basic editing and color correction are included in all packages. Additional retouching services may be available for an extra fee. The photographer's artistic judgment regarding editing style will be final.

8. Weather and Rescheduling

In case of inclement weather that prevents outdoor photography, sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Rescheduling for other reasons must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gator Photos and Tech on Tires, LLC will make every effort to provide high-quality photography services. However, we cannot guarantee specific results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the photography services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
